Credit Card Manager
Manchester, NH
St. Mary's Bank seeks a Credit Card Manager position that will effectively manage the credit card portfolio.  It will require the management of business relationships, contracts and contract obligations and the projections for cost, performance and key trend analysis.

Requirements:
     *Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience required
     *Five years experience in financial services or payment industry with knowledge on consumer banking products
     *Two to three years experience in consumer credit cards
     *Ability to negotiate contracts
     *Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the demonstrated ability to speak effectively, as a leader, before groups of members and management
     *Excellent computer skills to include Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite


 
Retail Banking Manager
Manchester, NH

This position will manage the D.W. Highway location for St. Mary's Bank.  It will require the achievement of sales and consumer lending goals while also ensuring sound branch operations to include risk, security and compliance.

Requirements:
    
*Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field of study
     *Two years supervisory experience required in a sales or service related industry
     *Minimum of three years experience in a financial institution with successful experience of sales, operations and compliance
     *Proven track record in leadership/coaching skills
     *Strong verbal and written communication skills
     *Computer experience
     *Ability to work flexible schedule, which includes opening and closing the branch and working Saturdays
     *Ability to life 50 lbs. (e.g. coin bags)



Residential Loan Officer
Manchester, NH

This position will originate quantity and quality production of residential loans and other products and services offered at the Credit Union. 

Requirements:
    
*Minimum of an Associates degree
     *Three or more years experience in mortgage lending
     *Thorough knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA and NHHFA and portfolio programs
     *Ability to communicate effectively
     *Proficient with a mortgage origination system


    
Teller
Manchester, NH

Successful candidates perform a variety of duties to include cashing checks, accepting deposits, balancing and providing customer service.

Requirements:
     *
High School diploma or equivalent.
     *One year retail or customer service experience preferred.
     *Cash handling experience.
     *Basic computer knowledge and Windows skills required.
     *Good analytical, mathematical skills.
     *Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
