With twenty four years of management and commercial lending experience, as head of the Commercial Lending department, Don's focus is on commercial loan production, portfolio management and loan policy. He has held senior management positions at several New Hampshire financial institutions, most recently as senior vice president of lending at Community Bank and Trust Company in Wolfeboro.  St. Germain has a master of business administration degree from Southern New Hampshire University.  Don is a Manchester Rotarian, volunteers for the New Hampshire Business and Industry Association (BIA), and serves on the Manchester Chamber of Commerce Downtown Committee.
