Steps in Your Mortgage Process:

If you do not already have the Adobe Acrobat Reader program, you will need to obtain it before you can view or print out the PDF files linked below. 1. Collect all items on the Mortgage Checklist, applicable to your personal situation and loan type (purchase or refinance).
2. Print the General Consent Form, sign, date and return to our Mortgage Lending Group via fax at 603.629.1394 with your collected items using the FAX cover sheet or mail to:
